“cornucopia”- light re-distributor

Client:
studio concept
By taking natural light from were it is found in abundanceand using it where it is missing - inner courts, shadowed sides of streets and river banks etc, it “re-visits” those places, bringing new light and new qualities to them. The design seeks to reflect a universal symbolism that would fit culturally diverse architectural forms. “Cornucopia” uses existing technologies found in existing products that serve a domestic purpose. “Cornucopia” can be easily assembled and mounted on rooftops ledges. The mounting device allows choosing the desired positioned angle safely and accurately . It is a low cost, easy to maintain product designed to withstand outdoor conditions.
